WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, issued the following statement after House passage of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade agreement:
"I am pleased the House passed the USMCA which represents a major step forward for our workers, farmers, businesses, and economy.
