WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, issued the following statement following the 5th Circuit Court ruling on the Affordable Care Act's constitutionality:
"The Affordable Care Act provides lifesaving health care and critical protections for people across New Hampshire.
"The repeated partisan attacks on the ACA are putting the health and well-being of Granite Staters in jeopardy. I remain committed to strengthening the Affordable Care Act . . .
