WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Rep. Haley Stevens, D-Michigan, issued the following statement after the House passed the Consolidated Appropriations Act (H.R. 1158) and Further Consolidated Appropriations Act (H.R. 1865), two minibus appropriations packages to fund the government through Oct. 1, 2020:
