WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Rep. John Moolenaar, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
The federal Department of Health and Human Services announced a new grant for EightCap, a community services provider in Gratiot, Ionia, Isabella, and Montcalm counties.
