WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following statement after the House passed the U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade agreement with bipartisan support:
"The new US-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement will help American workers, American jobs, and the American economy, and I am proud to support it.
"Canada and Mexico are two of our state's and our nation's most important trading partners, supporting more than 2 million jobs nationally at 43,000 manu . . .
