WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following statement regarding the House vote to approve the Consolidated Appropriations Act (H.R. 1158) and Further Consolidated Appropriations Act (H.R. 1865):
