New Jersey Assembly Democrats Issues Statement on Health Benefits for Volunteer First Responders Bill

TRENTON, New Jersey, Dec. 19 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following statement:

Volunteer firefighters and emergency responders would be eligible to receive health insurance coverage through a municipality's "small employer" plan under legislation (A-1487) approved Monday by the full Assembly, 77-0.
