WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals decision in Texas vs. U.S. striking down the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate and throwing the rest of law into jeopardy:
