TRENTON, New Jersey, Dec. 18 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following news:
Aiming to prevent pest infestations from migrating during building demolitions if the building is within ten feet of an adjacent structure, legislation (A-5821) was approved Monday by the full Assembly, 76-0.
It now heads to the Senate for further consideration.
