WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Rep. Chris Smith, R-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Two major health bills authored by Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) were attached to an end-of-year, must-pass spending package and will become law by the end of the week.
