NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Dec. 16 -- The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation issued the following news:
Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Commissioner David Salyers announced a $48 million loan for the City of Memphis to address water infrastructure.
The loan is one of a group of loans approved by the Tennessee Local Development Authority covering Memphis, Johnson City and Lebanon totaling $68.7 mill . . .
