WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-New Jersey, a member of the House Ways and Means Committee's subcommittee on Trade, issued the following statement on the China trade agreement:
"This trade agreement made between the United States and the China must be a dead letter, a longtime critic of Trump's trade policies.
"The chaos of Trump's trade war has battered Americans so badly that the Trump administration resorted to full-blown soc . . .
