TRENTON, New Jersey, Dec. 5 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following news:
With more than 40,000 people dying every year due to secondhand smoke, Assembly Democrats Raj Mukherji, Herb Conaway and Eliana Pintor Marin have sponsored a bill further reducing the public's exposure to its harmful effects. The legislation passed the Assembly Health and Senior Services Committee on Thursday.
The bill (A-5028) would prohibit smoking in the outdoor passenger . . .
