WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- Rep. Andre Carson, D-Indiana, a senior member of the House Permanent Select Intelligence Committee, issued the following statement after Speaker Nancy Pelosi called on the House to begin drafting articles of impeachment against President Trump:
