WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Michigan, issued the following statement upon her return from the 2019 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Madrid, Spain:
"Countries from every corner of the globe are experiencing the harsh realities of climate change: devastating hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, and rising sea levels. It is of upmost urgency that we all must come to the table and work together to address the crisis of our lifetimes.
