ATLANTA, Georgia, Dec. 4 -- The Georgia Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chairwoman Nikema Williams in response to the announcement that Kelly Loeffler will be appointed by Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp as a replacement for retiring Sen. Johnny Isackson, R-Georgia:
