WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following joint statement with Ranking Member Greg Walden, R-Oregon, Rep. Michael Doyle, D-Pennsylvania, chairman of the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology, and Ranking Member Robert E. Latta, R-Ohio, after the House passed an anti-robocalls bill, the Pallone-Thune TRACED Act, by a 417-3 vote:
