WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Rep. Larry Bucshon, R-Indiana, issued the following statement after voting in support of the Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act (S. 151):
"I am pleased to stand with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to provide relief to Hoosiers who are tired of annoying robocalls.
"These seemingly endless scam calls are often criminals that are knowingly breaking the law and trying to defraud Americans.
