WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Rep. Tomaz Malinowski, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Today the House overwhelmingly passed the TRACED Act. This bipartisan, bicameral legislation will protect Americans from illegal robocalls. Congressman Malinowski was a co-sponsor of the legislation, and it is expected to be signed into law by the President.
In 2018 an estimated 48 billion robocalls were placed nationwide, an increase of 17 billion calls from just the previous . . .
