Sen. Sasse Issues Statement on China Suspending Navy Visits to Hong Kong

WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Nebraska, a member of the Senate Select Intelligence Committee, issued the following statement after China retaliated over U.S. backing of Hong Kong by banning U.S. Navy visits:
"Beijing's tantrum doesn't change anything.
"The U.S. Navy didn't spank the Chinese Communist Party in last week's elections, the people of Hong Kong did." . . .
