WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Rep. Mark Walker, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Mark Walker (R-N.C.) tomorrow, on Giving Tuesday, will introduce a bill that incentivizes charitable giving for low and middle income earning individuals and families through tax deductions.
