WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- The U.S. Agency for International Development issued the following statement by Administrator Mark Green on World AIDS Day:
"This Sunday, December 1, 2019, the international community will recognize World AIDS Day. Since 2003, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has been a proud implementer of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, or PEPFAR, and a leader in worldwide efforts to control and, ultimately, end the HIV/AIDS pand . . .
