SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Nov. 27 -- The San Antonio Metropolitan Health District issued the following news release:
The City of San Antonio today announced the appointment of Dawn Emerick Ed.D as the new Director for the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District (Metro Health). The search process began in September of this year and she will be replacing now Assistant City Manager Dr. Colleen Bridger, who served as the Metro Health Director from 2017 to 2019.
