TRENTON, New Jersey, Nov. 27 -- The New Jersey Senate Republicans issued the following news:
Sen. Connors, Asm. Rumpf and Asw. Gove remain unalterably opposed to legislation that would provide tuition aid to prisoners and voting rights to persons on parole or probation.
