WASHINGTON, Nov. 25 -- Sen. Cory Booker, D-New Jersey, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement on the New Jersey State Assembly's passage of a measure to reinstate voting rights for New Jerseyans on parole and probation:
