Congressman Wm. Lacy Clay (D) Missouri; Chairman Adam Schiff (D) California of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence; and Vice Admiral Robert Sharp, Director of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency joined with other national, state and local leaders to break ground on the NGA's new $1.75 billion western headquarters at the corner of Jefferson and Cass Avenues . . .
