CLEVELAND, Ohio, Nov. 25 -- The city of Cleveland issued the following news release:
Martin Keane was sworn in today by Mayor Frank G. Jackson as the Assistant Director of Public Utilities. Keane previously served as the Cleveland City Councilman for Ward 17. Click here to view photos of the swearing in.
