WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- Rep. Donald M. Payne Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. joined 75 students in the New Jersey Construction Pre-Apprenticeship training program today to tour the $2.7 billion Terminal One Redevelopment project at Newark Liberty International Airport.
The students were there as part of the Port Authority's three-year agreement to sponsor training programs in Bergen, Essex, Middlesex and Union County . . .
