BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Nov. 22 -- Gov. John Bel Edwards, D-Louisiana, issued the following news:
Gov. John Bel Edwards on Friday declared a State of Emergency following a cybersecurity incident that affected state servers this week, allowing several agencies to take actions, including waiving fees and fines, to assist members of the public.
