WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker and Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill (N.J.-11) today announced that Essex County Airport in Fairfield and Morristown Municipal Airport have been awarded a combined $5,500,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Airport Improvement program (AIP) to make needed infrastructure and safety upgrades.
