B A Newark Parking Authority employee was charged today with selling heroin and crack cocaine and with possessing a weapon as a convicted felon, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
Aughkay L. Green, a/k/a "K-Boogie," 48, of Newark, was charged by indictment with one count each of possession with intent to distribute heroin, . . .
