Florida Democratic Party Mourns Those Lost on This Transgender Day of Remembrance

TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Nov. 20 -- The Florida Democratic Party issued the following news:

Each year on November 20, we remember members of the transgender community who have been attacked and murdered. According to the Human Rights Campaign, at least twenty two transgender people have been murdered in the United States in 2019. In Florida, at least fourteen members of the transgender community have lost their lives this decade, three of those murders happened in 2019 and five in 2018 . . .
