WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after the PFAS Action Act (H.R. 535) was reported, as amended, to the House by a 31-19 vote:
