WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after the Brand USA Extension Act (H.R. 3851) and U.S. SAFE WEB Act (H.R. 4779) were reported to the House by voice vote:
