WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Nebraska, a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, issued the following statement after attending the change of command ceremony at Offutt Air Force Base to welcome Vice Adm. Charles Richard as head of the U.S. Strategic Command:
