WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Rep. David Price, D-North Carolina, chairman of the House Appropriations subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development and Related Agencies, issued the following statement on House passage of a continuing resolution to fund the government through Dec. 20:
