WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Rep. Paul Mitchell, R-Michigan, issued the following statement on Further Continuing Appropriations Act:
"Earlier this year, Congress passed, and President Donald Trump signed into law a two-year budget deal that set overall spending levels.
"Rather than passing a patchwork of stopgap measures, I encourage my colleagues to work together and pass full-year appropriations bills." . . .
