WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after the full committee passed the Reversing the Youth Tobacco Epidemic Act (H.R. 2339) by a 28-24 vote:
