WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-North Carolina, ranking Republican member of the House Education and Labor Committee, issued the following joint statement With Rep. Tim Walberg, R-Michigan, in support of the National Labor Relations Board's review and evaluation of its ethical standards:
