WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- The House Science, Space and Technology subcommittee on Energy issued the following testimony by Joseph Moore, a professor at the University of Utah's Energy and Geoscience Institute, hearing entitled "Water and Geothermal Power: Unearthing the Next Wave of Energy Innovation":
