TRENTON, New Jersey, Nov. 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release:
A Somerset County, New Jersey man, today admitted to engaging in a Ponzi scheme targeting elderly investors and to subscribing to a false tax return, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
