WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- Reps. K. Michael Conaway, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Agriculture Committee, and David Rouzer, R-North Carolina, chairman of the Subcommittee on Livestock and Foreign Agriculture, issued the following remarks at a hearing to examine the impact of wild, invasive and non-native species on agriculture:
