WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 -- Rep. Donald M. Payne Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following statement on the National Entrepreneurship Month:
"Entrepreneurs are the backbone of our economy.
"They create companies that provide jobs and wealth to their communities. That is why we need to do more to promote black entrepreneurs. Many of them come from cities desperate for economic growth.
