WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following joint statement with Sens. Bob Menendez, D-New Jersey, and Dick Durbin, D-Illinois, in reaction to the crisis in Bolivia following the resignation of Evo Morales as President:
