WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 -- Rep. Andy Kim, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Today, the U.S. House overwhelmingly passed H.R. 4360, the VA Overpayment Accountability Act. The bipartisan bill, introduced by Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03) and Congressman French Hill (AR-02), would help veterans who have been unfairly targeted by debt collection agencies due to errors by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
