Former North Providence Superintendent Ordered to Repay Over $9,000 in Restitution After Pleading to Embezzlement Charge

PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Nov. 8 -- Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Neronha issued the following news release:

Attorney General Peter F. Neronha announced that Bridget Morisseau (age 49), formerly of Cumberland, pleaded nolo contendere in Providence County Superior Court today to one count of embezzlement. Superior Court Magistrate Richard D. Raspallo sentenced Morisseau to three years of probation and ordered $9,434 in restitution payments to be paid by November 15, 2019.
