PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Nov. 1 -- Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Neronha issued the following news release:
Attorney General Peter F. Neronha announced that Alpha Williams (age 48), of Cranston pleaded nolo contendere in Providence County Superior Court on October 22, 2019 to one count of driving while intoxicated, death resulting. Williams is scheduled to be sentenced before Superior Court Justice Joseph A. Montalbano on November 12, 2019.
