WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee issued the following statement by Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, at a hearing entitled "Supply Chain Security, Global Competitiveness, and 5G":
