WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Nebraska, a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, issued the following statement after ISIS announced that Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi will take Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi's place:
