WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Sen. Deb Fischer, R-Nebraska, issued the following statement after the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy announced 150 grants for its Drug-Free Communities Support Program to reduce substance use among youth including three communities in Nebraska:
